On this weeks episode we pleased to be chatting with Jim Mann the co-founder of Trees not Tees the initiative where events offer the planting of a tree instead of a tee shirt, that may never get used or worn. We find out that not only is he passionate about the environment but he is a well established ultra and endurance runner. Jim loves challenging the fells, multi-day races and has conquered some of Britains most challenging events. Jim talks with us about his running, the Trees Not Tees initiative, the impact and scale of the issue and what events can do to help.
